Jadrien Overmoyer is the founder and principal of Smart Thermal Solutions LLC and has over 25 years of experience as a highly skilled HVAC and Refrigeration technician. During the course of his professional career, he has worked for several prestigious companies including Johnson Controls Inc., York International Corporation, and Siemens Building Technologies. He provided factory authorized service, installation and start up for corporate, industrial, commercial and residential clients. Among many to whom his services were provided are Pfizer, Foxwoods Resort and Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino, Bride Brook Health and Rehabilitation Center, CVS Pharmacies, Dime Bank, Mystic Seaport, and many school disticts and municipal buildings in the State of Connecticut.

As founder of Smart Thermal Solutions, Mr. Overmoyer’s vision for the company is to provide full service HVAC/R, design and installation of state of the art systems with emphasis on ultra-high efficiency and alternative energy use. The company’s philosophy is that smarter technology and ingenuity provides impetus for conserving limited resources, and maintenance and service by STS assures customers of dependability and long life while minimizing operating costs.

Bruce Clark is our office manager, and brings his expertise to Smart Thermal Solutions in multiple disciplines. Among the many hats he wears are those of bookkeeper, IT tech, and webmaster. Bruce is retired from IBM where he was a Systems Analyst and Computer Systems Engineer, and attended extensive marketing training. 　He has over 45 years experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. His management of our company records and website is a valuable benefit to the company.
